For Grades Pre-K through 3rd grade, do what you can. If you cannot do assignments for P.E., do not worry about it.

PreK and Kindergarten

Good Morning,
Normally, Kindergarten has Physical Education class on Mondays.
Students should try to follow their Monday P.E. routine as much as possible.
1. Start with a prayer (people/pet/sick people, etc…)
2. Students complete warm ups (Animal Crackers) for about 2 minutes. They have been doing these all year long. If you say to your child : Eagle (jumping jacks), Ostrich (move arms like jumping jacks and alternate feet back and forth), Giraffe (alternating feet back and forth), Penguin (jump forward and backward), Kangaroo (jump side to side) Camel (jog in place) and Cheetah (run in place) one at a time, most of the students will know each animal/exercise. If a student cannot remember the warm up, you can choose your own to do for a couple of minutes.
3. Students should use Gonoodle.com if possible, I will let you know which dances they can have fun trying. The dance your child can do is called Rainbow Breath on Gonoodle.com for about 20 minutes throughout the day if possible.
Please email me if you have any questions.

When doing work for P.E., please write on an assignment sheet:

  1. the date
  2. the title of the work (the dance)
  3. for P.E. only the amount of time exercising

Take care and stay safe!
